SOIL TYPE: Clay-limestone soil, well-drained and rich in trace elements.

WINEMAKING: Gentle pressing of the grapes with temperature-controlled fermentation. Brief aging on its own fine lees with periodic bâtonnage to increase complexity and structure.

SENSORY NOTES (NOSE): Intense and elegant, featuring hints of yellow-fleshed fruits such as peach and pineapple, notes of ripe apple, and delicate citrus nuances.
SENSORY NOTES (PALATE): Dry, structured, and harmonious, with pleasant smoothness and balanced freshness. A pleasant sapidity (mineral savoriness) leads toward a persistent, broad, and refined finish, with fruity returns and light buttery notes.

SERVING: Chilled at approximately 10–12°C.
GLASS TYPE: Large tulip or wide bowl glass for structured white wines.
