product details

GRAPE VARIETY: Predominantly Ribona (Maceratino) with Chardonnay.

APPELLATION: Marche IGT Bianco.

SOIL TYPE: Hilly clay-limestone soils, rich in trace elements with excellent exposure; low yields to ensure high grape quality.

HARVEST PERIOD: Harvested between late August (Chardonnay) and the first half of September (Ribona), with meticulous cluster selection.

WINEMAKING TECHNOLOGY: Gentle pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel. A portion of the Chardonnay is aged on the fine lees with periodic bâtonnage to enhance structure and complexity. The Ribona is vinified separately to preserve its freshness and varietal character, followed by blending and refinement prior to bottling.

COLOR: Luminous straw yellow with golden highlights; consistent and brilliant.

SENSORY NOTES (NOSE): Ample, intense, and extremely elegant. Distinct floral notes of acacia and hawthorn are followed by hints of white peach, ripe pear, and candied citrus. The Chardonnay contributes delicate nuances of tropical fruit and light vanilla and buttery hints, while the Ribona provides aromatic freshness and a fine minerality.

SENSORY NOTES (PALATE): Structured and harmonious, with a soft and enveloping entry. The vibrant freshness and marked sapidity—typical of Ribona—integrate with the roundness and creaminess of the Chardonnay, creating a balanced, deep, and persistent palate. The finish is long and elegant, with refined fruity and mineral returns.

FOOD PAIRINGS: Ideal with structured fish dishes, shellfish, tartare, elaborate first courses, white meats, medium-aged cheeses, and gourmet Mediterranean cuisine.

SERVING: Serve at 10–12°C.

GLASS TYPE: Large tulip or wide bowl glass for structured white wines.
