product details
GRAPE VARIETY: 100% Ribona (Maceratino).
APPELLATION: Marche IGT.
SOIL TYPE: Hilly, medium-textured soil with a clay-limestone prevalence, rich in trace elements.
HARVEST PERIOD: First half of September.
WINEMAKING: Gentle pressing of the grapes with temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel. Aging on the fine lees for several weeks to enhance structure and aromatic complexity. Stabilization and packaging in Bag-in-Box to preserve freshness and integrity.
COLOR: Pale straw yellow with greenish highlights; clear and brilliant.
SENSORY NOTES (NOSE): Elegant and fine, with notes of white flowers, green apple, and crisp pear. Delicate citrus nuances and light mineral sensations typical of the grape variety are perceptible.
SENSORY NOTES (PALATE): Dry, fresh, and sapid (savory), with good structure and harmony. The vibrant acidity supports the “drinkability,” making it dynamic and persistent, with a clean finish characterized by fruity and mineral returns.
FOOD PAIRINGS: Ideal with seafood appetizers, grilled fish, shellfish, light first courses, white meats, and fresh cheeses; also excellent as an aperitif.
SERVING: Serve at 10–12°C.
GLASS TYPE: Tulip glass or medium-sized white wine glass.
